Well, Silent Ponyville 1 is based on Season 1 Pinkie, since it was made directly after the season had finished xD

I do have an idea for another Silent Ponyville story, though I’m sort of sitting on it for now. I’ve got a ton of other things to work on, but I might make another one one day heh.

Your story is also probably the first time I’ve seen someone say Octavia was related to Pinkie. I had a bit of a double take when I read that. I’m not saying the idea is stupid. It just never occurred to me that Bronies might think stuff like that in Season 1 days. Oooo! And now that we know the Apple and Pie family are cousins then maybe Fiddlesticks and Octavia could be considered family too if we went with your idea. Neat.

“Octavia being Pinkie’s sister” was a theory back during post Season 1 that had a decent amount of popularity behind it. After all, Octavia and Inkie had such a similar color-scheme that it was pretty believable for people. And I honestly rather liked that theory too, because it really gave a lot of personality and history to Octavia for both herself and Pinkie. And the dynamic of the two being so different was really good for a familial bond.

Since those days though, people are like “They’ve confirmed they aren’t sisters and it’d be pretty dumb if they were” and stuff, but I still like the theory myself. While I won’t use it in many of my stories anymore, I still wish that it was a popular fan thing to have them be siblings. I miss that dynamic.

ESPECIALLY now that Maud is a thing. A hyper-active party pony, a difficulty with expressing emotions pony, and a musician pony would be a REALLY interesting and dynamic family that would fit Pinkie. 

Sadly, with what people do with Octavia these days, it’s never going to happen again.

First time I saw Octavia and Pinkie being sisters was n some fic Beauty brass was complaining about a pink pony and frederick was asking somepony about what rock farms actually were.

It turned out that rock farms were more like geode farms where they would put a small jewel in a rock and then grow the jewel bigger inside of it. Then move the jewels out of the rock into a bigger rock.
