Well they don’t call black people “African —” in other countries sooo
European here.
I can’t speak for all of Europe but for the Dutch at least, whenever a distinction needs to be made, we just call them black. No beating around the bush. Don’t even start with “African.” Chances are they’ve never been to Africa. They’re just more pigmented. They’re black.
