It means I’m calling out someone who is harassing one of my friends with valid evidence and the white knights either try to justify the actions of the harasser or they straight up ignore it and just use the “I’m right you’re wrong no matter what” logic

If this make feell beter, spanish have writen rules as us know, one of them is that you shall use the proper pronoun for the person, if this person say "I'm male" the you shall use male pronoun even if they gender is a femenine, and viceversa, so misgener in spanish is either wrong and ortographicaly incorrect

It’s not about that, it’s that doctors are literally not treating people due to them being trans.
They are making excuses to not treat. If you read the actual hashtag there are various examples of doctors not treating or acting like proper doctors because the patient is trans.
