That tire from that hit and run was most likely the passenger side front tire. if you look at the video, right afterwards you see all the oil and some gouges in the pavement. that is most likely from the wheel falling off and the engine oil pan hitting the ground and the gouges are whats left of the bottom of the suspension on that side after the wheel came off
