First off, nothing below pure paint has any worth. Second, There is no such thing as a pure earth pony, or rather, no easy way to prove they are pure. Last, all paint unicorns worhtless to society. The only ones actually worthy of their nobility are painted pegasi.

So, judging by the name and how you described her, I'm assuming that she kills the ponies that are guilty? Why would you even be friends with someone like her? I going on a limb and guessing that Pious/the Judge often uses her for when she gets "too bored" and can't send the attorneys to fight.
