He’s a celeberty. he has action figures of himself that can be bought at toy stores. He entertains millions of people. He has a steady source of income from his streams and merch. He’s essentially self employed. Him buying a big house is no different from johnny dep or nicki minaj buying a big house. He’s earned all this by being charismatic and funny. If anything, peoples reactions are disappointing because Jardon being in forbes should make it easier for people to recognize youtube as a legitimate source of entertainment. Nobody pisses on bill murray or estelle for buying an expensive house so why is this any different?

Okay, let me tell you a thing.
Anyone who watches captain sparklez knows about his mianite streams. Well, one of the people he streams with, Tom, miss sang the song “hard knock life” as “hard butt life” and everyone made fun of him. Between Jordan, Sonja, Tucker, Wag and Toms viewers, they managed to get #HardButtLife the number one world wide trend on twitter.

Now here’s the funny part. Someone at Charmin, the toilet paper company noticed the odd trend and tweeted a response

You think this kind of thing is funny but it actually happens. Even when the meme was just a one day joke. 

The best part is that the Mianite crew are working with charmin to get a lifetime supply of toilet paper and possibly a sponsorship.

Mianite season two premiers tomorrow! It’s gonna be so rad!

I guess my interest started when I was on youtube and I accidentally clicked an episode of Chilled Chaos playing worms with Diction, Nanners and Ze I think. From chilled, I found Utorak and immortal HD and from him, nova, keven and the other creatures. from dex, I learned of sanity not included and machinama (though I only watched a few of their series like TBFP. that lead me to the zaibatsu.) Also from chilleds crew, I found Smarty, Gassy, Captain Sparkles, Goldy and Sark. From Sparkles, I found out about mindcracked and began watching Pause and Rob. I can’t remember if it was from Sark or Nanners that I found out about Vanoss, Delerious and the others in that crew, but it was them playing GTA 5 and one had placed stickys around a door and waited for Vanoss or Delerious to come in. Eventually Chilleds crew started playing with Minx and from her, I found Yamimash. From there I found Markipliar and most recent, I finally started watching Game Grumps from him (I had heard of them but never bothered to actually look into them.)

I just want to say that appreciate the collective hours and hours of entertainment they all have provided and if I had never accidentally touched that video of chilled playing worms, i might not have known about so many great and funny people.
