I think the biggest problem that fallout 4 has is that the dog is the first companion you can have. I would love nothing more than to bring the reporter or have sex with the robot detective or zombie mayor, but… Doggy! I can’t leave my puppy alone!
Agreed. But unfortunately I’m a melee character and the dog just gets in the way most of the time. It’s horrible. And even worse of I accidentally hit him…
There’s a perk to help with that.
I use an even mix of guns and meelee.
I use the crippling 10 mm pistol (I modded the shit out of it) and a supersledge (that I put electrucal damage on)
The crippling 10 mm pistol does bonus damage to limbs so it’s fantastic against most enemies. Just shooting off one of their legs makes them absolutely useless. Then I use my super sledge to finish the job. My stunning super sledge can stun the bigger enemies and I can get a bunch of good hits on them.
What perk are you talking about? Heck, I was almost considering just going lone wanderer because I generally sneak around a lot. NPCs aren’t great at that.
The attack dog perk. It will cause dogmeat to hold the enemy in place during vats at lvl 1, he will cripple the enemies at lvl 2 and cause bleeding at lvl 3

I just realized the obvious joke I could do. THis is gonna be my dicking around character. I tried to get him as accurate as I could but yeah, I’m sure he will be able to find shaun.

The Minutemen are the only people I actually agree with. The Brotherhood are assholes who went to use the androids as weapons and the railroad have misguided notion of freedom where they’re going to end up placing a lot of people who don’t even want to leave in danger. The Institute one to keep them all sheltered. In the middle men are just completely uninvolved. I’ll see you think the Minutemen are the best faction but I had given the railroad the plans because that’s what I thought was the right choice in the moment. I didn’t know how extreme there we’re going to go and how many people that we going to hurt and now I feel like shit.
I heard this before and I may be wrong, but even if you join a faction you’ll get the same ending.:(

when I joined the railroad, I thought they were only freeing synths that wanted to be free. now I know that they don’t even keep tabs on them and will kill any synth who doesn’t want to be free. the minute men are the only ones who seem reasonable.
Considering the Minutemen were basically DEAD and you revived them and became their general its obvious of course the freer of synths and overall good guy is YOU.

well I helped them out one time when they needed a thing to boost their radio signal and thought nothing of it until way later in the game when they brought a huge ass air ship and then the radiation storms started happening. They seem to have just come in to try and pull a Columbus.
