I JUST HAD A REALIZATION ABOUT GORGON THE INVINCIBLE
There has been some speculation that Gorgon was secretly pumba, but I don’t believe that’s the case. Now here me out. Does anyone find it odd that there was instructions on how to end the darkness and it was just written down somewhere? What if a past dark one attempted it at one point and placed all the darkness into a boar. Restrained and helpless, a boar would be easy to kill… That is, if the dagger was whole.
Without the full blade, the darkness was not destroyed and the boar broke free to wreak havoc on the world. I mean, it makes a lot more sense than a boar somehow getting the dagger and stabbing a dark one.
Has anyone made an extensive family tree of the OUAT characters yet?
those characters who start off okay but then as the series progesses you get suspicious and then when it’s revealed that they are a sack of shit, you keep finding out that they were a bigger piece of shit than you thought with each episode and action they commit.
I love those cahracters. I hate absolutely hate them but I love them at the same time they are such a sack of shit FUCKING ARTHUR IS THE BIGGEST PIECE OF SHIT EVER FUCK ARTHUR!

I want to know more about Gordon the Invincible. I like wild boars. I have a wild boar plush toy that oinks when you squeeze it. I really really like wild boars. I really really like Dark Ones. I want more Gordon the Invincible.

I wonder if it was a Dark One who could transform into a fire-breathing boar? Like usually he’s a man, but he can shapeshift?
Well, Gordon’s story is quite tragic. His real name was Pumba. He was not actually a boar but a Warthog but the Dark One Curse distorted that.
You see after the death of his Meerkat life partner he just couldn’t cope so he decided to go skewer a Dark One on his tusk and get revenge on the world that wronged him. However as he impaled The Dark One with his tusk the Dark One either accidentally (or by Pumba’s rage) fell onto the kriss dagger he carried. Though the name Pumba was on the dagger now the angry Dark One Warthog took on the name Gordon.
He became obsessed with raising Meerkats from the dead. It was during such an experiment that created a zombified Timon that the desperate, starving, and otherwise heroic Zoso snuck up on him and killed him. He had roast Warthog that night as The Dark One.
Before Zoso was the dark one, he was the adviser for the king of lions. He took care of the prince until the king died and the prince went missing. Years later, the prince returned and with him, the two who raised him during the time. Zazu watched as pumba went down a path of darkness after their happy ending and took it upon himself to stop the warthog, his duty was to the safety of the kingdom and the king of lions after all. But when he found what he had done, Zoso couldn’t face his sins. he too gave into the darkness.
So yeah, to add to that headcanon of gorgon being pumba, I think Zoso was actually Zazu.
Zoso became the Dark One after stabbing a giant hell pig.
Gorgon really didn’t name himself very well, did he?
I still really want to know how Gorgon became the Dark One in the first place. That’s the most compelling story out of this whole thing.
Was he a normal pig? How did he get the dagger? Is he Pumbaa in disguise? Why the fuck would a pig want to be The Dark One? So many questions.
my theory is that the dark one before him turned him into a pig when he was a child and then he managed to get the dagger and stab the dark one as a pig and then chose to stay in that form.
