A couple things are wrong here.
The legal definition of rape is “the commission of unlawful sexual intercourse or unlawful sexual intrusion” (http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/rape) and has nothing to do with a vagina.
Planned parenthood had exaggerated about what was being said. What was happening was that the bill would require a transvaginal ultrasound before an abortion. (http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2015/05/28/planned-parenthood-lies-about-scott-walker-ultrasound-quote/)
Listen, I’m all for hating this guy because of his involvement in a bill that owuld allow rapists to sue their victim for getting an abortion (http://www.salon.com/2015/06/03/scott_walkers_deranged_new_low_force_women_to_carry_their_rapists_pregnancies_and_let_men_sue_over_abortion/) But do not spread false facts about someone. It only does you more harm than good.
