Yeah, people figured that out a long time ago. Jasper revealing she reports to yellow diamond confirmed that the diamon overlords are the ones in charge.

 If you watch serious steven, you can see a mural

 of what might be the temple fusions hands grasping for white diamond while she retreats into her gem. The gem that is found within the pyramid ship.

There’s also a mural of rose fighting blue diamond and blue diamond seems to have the power to shoot solid objects. Kinda like the blue gem found in the lighthouse later on. It’s possible that blue diamond was defeated and sealed in the lighthouse.

Last, there is the mural of yellow diamond not really doing anything other than looking pissed. Yellow diamond is the only one confirmed to be on homeworld.

Also, the symbol of of the diamonds seem to be triangles

now, with all of the theories I have seen, I have come to the conclusion that

1. white diamond is currently in the gem temple
2. rose was a diamond
3. blue diamond might also be in the gem temple
4. yellow diamond is the last diamond overlord
5. lapis was forced into the mirror at the start of the second gem war for earth, Blue diamonds invasion.
6. greg was most certainly there for at least the second gem war.

This is by far the best theory I’ve seen. The only other theory I’ve seen on Rose being a diamond had something to do with color of her gem and I was like ‘uhhhhh nah son, that doesn’t…’ but this makes SO much more sense.

Actually, I later realized that the theory had one big flaw. They pyramid. It depicts white diemond already in her gemstone and blue diamond currently fighting rose and was located at the strawberry field, the place where rose “mader her stand against homeworld” according to pearl. And also, it couldn’t have been the temple fusion because amethyst wasn’t there during the battle of stawberry field.

My new theory was that white diamond went on a diplomatic mission to talk sense to rose and was attacked when things went south. There was only one gem war for earth that started at the battle of strawberry field in which blue diamonds forces were to fight roses forces and retrieve white diamonds gem to take to homeworld. Roses forces sabotage the ship and the key that garnet later found shortly before serious steven went missing.

White diamond managed to get enough power to partially fuse with the ship.

But the mural depicts white diamond being betrayed by pink diamond (the reason why they are there), blue diamond then going to earth to fight pink diamonds forces (what they plan on doing) and yellow diamond staying on homeworld. Also, I noticed that the walls depicted roses forces being hurt.

So, I’ve been trying to make a timeline and I’ve been having trouble and there’s one reason.

Well, the stability of the fusion depends on the bond between the gems fused. Garnet is a fusion between two gems that have a very stong relationship so she is a perfect fusion. No extra limbs or anything (well, maybe the third eye but for all we know, normal sapphire might have three eyes)

Opal was a fusion between pearl and amethyst and what bonded them enough to fuse well was their need to protect steven (maybe the second time they fused too)

Sugalite is a fusion between sapphire, ruby and amethyst. It’s a lot more monstrous than opal and this might indicate that either ruby or sapphire don’t like amethyst very much. (Evidence could be garnet making a joke about “keeping” amethyst, making fun of the fact that she was created by the kindergarten) 

Now, Malachite. The fusion between lapis lazuli and jasper. It is a beast. Like, a straight up monster. This is because lapis and jasper hate each other.

Now, if all the gems on homeworld were to fuse, it would be some twisted body horror. because not all gems like each other and not all gems are humanoid. The centipeedle is a gem, remember?

hes literally just poor? hes just a guy without a home or much money (fucks sake he works at a car wash) and he actively involves himself in his childs life and cares so much about steven and like… constantly works to include herand do things with her and be a part of her life… and protect her? he tells pearl off all the time? he has a panic attack when steven talks about almost dying? hes always bending over backwards for his kid? this is all shit most Good parents do?

im not one for defending men but like??? hes literally just a Poor man? apparently not being middle class and able to financially cope is an “inability to function as a parent”. like. steven has food and clothes. the gems dont work. that money is almost certainly coming from greg and going to the gems for steven. steven lives with the gems more than likely because greg cant afford to rent a house and bc of stevens training. like fuckin hell its so refreshing to see a character whos Poor, a parent whos poor, and they still make it work ijust

Greg Universe is an amazing character. 

I openly cry in almost every episode he’s in because oh my GOD. The writers of this show are FANTASTIC when it comes to Greg Universe.

We’ve had the archetype of deadbeat dad in so many shows. Or the bumbling dad. The completely distant stupid father. Greg is NONE of those things, and it’s fantastic.

Greg never went very far in his life. He wanted to be a musician, a rock star. He has great technical knowledge. He knows his way around concert equipment. He’s a decent musician, and a fantastic artist. He had the skills but he never achieved his dreams. But he DID make one very important fan….

Rose Quartz, an immensely strong and respected Gem who betrayed her people and her homeworld to protect Earth as she had fallen in love with the fleeting but fascinating creatures of this planet, looked at Greg Universe and fell in love. Saw someone so pure and good despite his shortcomings that she gave up her life to create a son for Greg.

Some would argue that he wasn’t worth that. Certainly the Crystal Gems don’t seem to think Greg was worth Rose’s sacrifice, despite their love for Steven. But Greg is SO important and SO well written, and it’s SO fucking tragic.

He’s poor. He lives in a van and in a storage unit. He works at a car wash. He hoards everything he owns because he has no permanent place. His wife, or at least the love of his life, is gone. His son is part alien and Greg, as we know now, is privy to the violent past of the Gems and now his son is a part of all that. Steven’s other caretakers are distant from Greg, if not occasionally condescending or cruel to him (Amethyst and Pearl have not been the nicest to him).

The show has every opportunity to make Greg Universe a distant or bumbling failure of a person. Another manchild dad to throw on the pile. But it doesn’t and I’m so glad that that’s the case.

Greg is there for Steven. Greg (save for when Steven healed his leg) is always building Steven up. He supports Steven in any way that he can. He makes it known how much Steven means to him. He gives Steven insight to aspects of Rose that even the Crystal Gems weren’t aware of. He taught Steven how to sing, how to play music. Steven doesn’t see Greg as a failure, Steven IDOLIZES his father. He has the same love for his father that Rose had for Greg, seeing what about him was amazing when no one else could.

Greg involves himself with Steven and Connie’s friendship. Greg steps in to put his foot down the Gems when he needs to, even if they don’t respect him. He even helps them from time to time. At no point is he ever incapable of being a good parent to Steven. Sure, he’s not FINANCIALLY aiding Steven, but outside of money Greg is involved in Steven’s life in a very positive way.

And nothing is more prominent in Greg’s character than the tragedy that was losing Rose Quartz. From his introductory episode where it was HIS saying about Hot Dogs that activated the light cannon (and his tearful single line of “….Rose”), it’s been a constant in Steven Universe that Greg is still suffering a deep loss in his life. From the video tape that the two left Steven, to the torture that Amethyst put him through with tormenting him through her shapeshifting, it’s evident that Greg loved Rose Quartz like no other. It’s beautiful, it’s sweet, but GOD is it tragic. 

Greg Universe is an incredible character and I’m so very very happy that he exists. 

Greg universe is an amazing father and probably knows that Steven is better of living with the gems than with him in his van and still makes an effort to be there for Steven. He’s probably one of the most competent fathers in animation.

The problem isn’t that there’s porn, is that people aren’t tagging their porn and as a result, it gets past the filters. The solution is to report ONLY the ones that get past ALL safety filters for improper tags. But a majority of the not tagged ones are reposts. So that’s another thing that’s reportable.

People don’t care what crotch parts a character has in Canon, they will draw porn regardless. That’s why there is so much futa misty, vagina sonic and herm renamon. People who draw Garnett porn don’t give a flying fuck as to whether or not sure actually has a vagina. Artists are not bound by canon.

It happens in every single fandom. Stop acting like you’re some pure paragon and grow up.
