I had a fun game of salem. The theme was fonts so I took sans and played as such. The first one I killed was the only one who could tell who I was by my DN.

For anyone playing town of salem, Witches are meant for evil support.
Don’t control the evil roles because you put them at risk and therefor put yourself at risk.
If they lose, you lose. Your survival doesn’t matter if they get caught and when you don’t let them do their own thing, they are likely to get caught.
this one asshole is like “but I want to live” and I keep telling him “you living doesn’t matter if you get the evil caught beacuse you would still lose. and he’s still like nuh uh, there are a few cases where you can win. and I’m like yeah and there’s a lot more cases where you lose. Overall your less likely to win if you control them than if you don’t. And then he gets onto me for bringing up common cases such as witches making mafioso kill other maf or sending an SK to an obvious target who will be protected by a BG which are even more common than the game coming down to a town, a vig and a witch which was their example.

Okay, so I was diaboramon because the theme was pokemon and I wanted to mess with people. I got vig. N1 all the pokemon except mareep die. I decide that I should finish them off so I shoot her. Welp, it turns out mareep was vig too and had the same idea. end up shooting each other. i feel like there’s something to be learned from here but I am not sure what.

Yes. How dare I only play when I have free time. How dare I play to have fun. I am such a terrible person for playing an online game to have fun in my free time. Maybe I should take this online text based game more seriously so that I too can hold myself to a higher regard for spending every waking moment on it. It totally won’t make me sounds like a complete jackass for thinking I’m better than someone because I dedicated my life to a computer game that takes only 5-15 minutes to complete and holds no real world value. Perhaps I should take this game more seriously so that I too can get salty when people call out my bullshit and then try to defend it by showing off my l33t skillz at this text based online game. It will totally impress everyone and not make me seem like some asshole who ruins the game by taking it way too seriously.
Can you believe someone (who isn’t a develpoer or programmer, he’s just some guy) actually has the gall to tell me “no such bug exists” when I talk about a bug in this one game? And then when I find out the cause he’s like, “no that isn’t supposed to happen so you’re lying” and I’m like “do… do you even know what a bug is?”
Oh jeeze, this was an intense game. It came down to the sheriff ant trans basically framing the escort. We were left with what we thought were two trans and a vet. We took a chance on the vet and succeeded. Then I claimed the second trans before the nepta and we didn’t even know there was an arso because nobody was doused.
It was really intense and came down to bluffing, predicting how people would act (that’s how we killed first two trans by guessing whether or not they would swap and with who) and taking huge risks (Like attacking vet hoping he had no more alerts) and it was overall crazy and a well deserved win.
